Airport Meet and Greet Service

The meet and greet service often begins when the greeter greets you and ends when the greeter departs. It is the customer's responsibility to locate and wait for our greeter at the appointed meeting point for services at airports or pick-up locations.
Fast track: Airportdealz will provide the fast track service in some airports and that will be specified in the Airport Meet & Greet specific pages. Airportdealz will not be held liable if the immigration officers under any circumstance do not refuse the agent to pass through the “Fast Track” counters for any reason.
If the flight is changed to a different flight number and/or a new carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to notify support@airportdealz.com.


You may cancel or amend any confirmed orders with us by sending an email to support@airportdealz.com, in accordance with this clause 5.
If you would like to cancel your confirmed/not confirmed Order, you shall pay us the following additional amounts as cancellation fees:

2. Between 24-48 hours before the travel date of not confirmed booking USD 30 or 15% of the charges paid (whichever is higher)
3. Less than 24 hours before the travel date of confirmed booking 100%

No Shows or Services declined for any reason will be charged full, with no refund.
Amendment can be made 24 hours prior to the service schedule for a 50% additional fee and if less than 24 hours then it will be termed a "No-Show" and no amendments will be permitted.
There are no refunds available when products are ordered with a promotional coupon.
If after booking your service any of the details change, it is the responsibility of the passenger(s) and/or Booker to notify us of any such changes by emailing support@airportdealz.com. In the event of changes being notified within 48 hours of the flight time an administration charge will be levied.
In the event of a disruption caused by natural events such as volcanic activity or severe weather conditions, our standard cancellation and refund term will apply.
Delays (Applicable for UK) - If your departure is delayed on the day and the service takes longer than 3 hours, we will allow you the option of purchasing additional coverage at a rate per hour. If your flight is delayed for more than three (3) hours, it is the passenger's and or booking agent's responsibility to contact airportdealz.com on the number listed on the confirmation provided at the time of booking to confirm if coverage is required (charge per hour or part thereof from the flight's arrival time – If no contact is made, no new greeter will be provided).


Unless otherwise defined in the T&C, capitalized terms have the following meanings:
"Customer" means the person, firm or company booking the use of Meet and Greet, and Lounge Facilities
“Greeter” means an officer, designated by Airportdealz to provide Service to the Guest(s) at Airport.
“No Show” means the failure by Guest to reach the meeting point and identify himself/herself to greeter as per the meeting time communicated in the Service confirmation by Airportdealz.
“Order” means your order for the Services as set out in an order form on our website at https://airportdealz.com.
