Rates for all services are displayed on the website against each package. The payment method is online, which means you can use your debit or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex.). We also accept PayPal.

If the time to fly is more than 48 hours from the cancellation order, the booking can be canceled. For a cancellation, the booker must send an email to the team. A refund for a booking will be processed according to our refund policy for the specific airport. Mostly, Airports charge us a nominal fee for a cancellation; however, we refund the balance in full or  give the applicant a credit for a future booking. Credit also avoids payment gateway fees incurred during refunds.

The cut-off time for making a reservation varies by airport. Generally, we suggest making a reservation at least 24 – 48 hours ahead of time.

Even if your flight is less than 24 hours away, you can make changes to your reservation. In certain cases, amendments may incur an extra fee, and in the rarest cases, amendments may be unlikely due to a lack of slot availability in the other booking. And in the event of a cancellation or change, our team makes every effort to provide the best possible service to our clients.

There are wheelchairs and buggies available at several airports. You may inquire about before or after making a reservation with our chat support team. If we are unable to offer a wheelchair as part of the service, you will be advise to book one through your respective airline.
